" E " type feeding creel For cover rubber thread

- BSD-450 warper is built for indirect warping “covered rubber” & “bare rubber” for spandex rubber or latex rubber.
- E type positive feeding creel for covered rubber thread
- EX type positive feeding creel for bare rubber thread
- Warping can be effected on one of beam at a time with special liner speed control attachments for guarantee a perfect uniform tension on all end from the beginning to the end of the warping operation.
-  E , EX type positive rubber feeding unit by servo motor and auto tension control unit, and synchronize control between warper and feeder, it provide very accurate tension for elastic rubber thread.

“S” type feeding creel

BSD-450BC warper is built for warping both of “bare rubber thread” & “covered rubber thread” for spandex rubber or latex rubber.
Machine attached with “S” type positive rubber thread feeding creel.
The bobbin holding bracket to provide rubber thread to avoid fall off when m/c feed high speed running.
Warping can be effected on one of beam at a time with special liner speed control attachments for guarantee a perfect uniform tension on all end from the beginning to the end of the warping operation.
