Features:
SKY-DEJ2-CSI is double electronic jacquard circular knitting machine for jersey knitting to make orthopedic medical protector such as knee, leg, ankle, elbow, arm, Plam..etc. These item are apply for medical and sports protection field.
The machine are produced to knit these protectors with Jacquard pattern design production, which are composed of cotton, nylon, polyester (synthetic) or blended yarn with innovative material, as charcoal, infrared ray fiber. And knitted with spandex and cover rubber thread for elasticity production.

Machine construction: double jersey circular knitting with knitting cylinder to control stitch by electronic needle selector.
The electronic needle selection system for jacquard knit, it with 8 step actuator to drive the selection jack for needle selection.
Actuator can be chosen freely driving 8 butts.
Pattern design by software PC “Painter” to make design and setting up parameter can be saved in USB input for pattern control.
Machine can run one ground color + 3 pattern color on a knitting course.
The machine attached with positive rubber feeder equipped with servo motor to control straight and curve shape make elasticity production.
