SKYTEX continuous dyeing machine is special designed use for both rigid and elastic tape. As nylon or polyester elastic tape, bra strip, underwear lace, nylon or polyester satin ribbon and cotton tape…, etc.

- Steam Chamber + Thermosol Air(Tape Content 50meter/line) x 1
- Washing Baths x 6~9pcs
- Starching Bath x 1
- 2 Ironing Cylinder (Spiral Path, Horizontal Finishing) Heating By Steam x 2 Units
   (Vertical Straight Path Finishing Unit Available  For Rigid Webbing Tape.)
- Take-off Unit(Total 10 Positions) x 1
- Central Control Panel x 1

Technical features:
- Machine attach tension control dancing arm which provides very accurate stretch and elasticity control.
- Steam chamber attach direct and in-direct steam heating and it provides very good humidity and temperature control.
- Steam chamber + thermosol air provide high temperature and make good color fix.
- Washing bath is heated by steam and it attach water over float to make tape clean by washing
- Dry ironing cylinder is heating by steam. And the finished tape is ironed by spiral passage which provides very good finishing and keep elastic tapes in good elasticity.
- All driver motors use inverter control which running speed is adjustable.
