- Each ironing cylinder 500ø (20”) or 600ø (24”) x 1800mmL heating by electric heater and auto temperature control
- Ironing cylinder are made by carbon steel SS41 or stainless steel SUS304 (optional)
- The surface of cylinder can be made by Teflon coating (optional)
- Starching unit with 3 vertical padder roller with single immersion of tape and by air cylinder control
- Tape inlet feed roller and finished take off roller attached with stepless speed regulater,
it can be easy to control tension of tapes
- The tape finishing system with spiral tape passage to finish tape width up to 100mm
