all cylinders drive by a gear motor with inverter control.
- Each cylinder 800øx1500mmL heating by electric heater and individual temperature control and with Teflon coating.
- Starching unit with 2 roll vertical padder roller 150Φwith single immersion of tapes.
- With compensator control between starching unit and dry cylinder for auto tension control.
- Standard finishing system with spiral tape passage to finish tape width up to 160mm.
- Machine can be change take off roller position for straight tape passage to finish tape width up to 450mm.
- Machine attached with anti-static device before take off unit.
- Machine equipped with central control panel for auto tension speed and temperature control.
