Features:

SKY-FM-9Z is a “universal” tape finishing & starching m/c
It can finished narrow tape & special wide tape 10-400mm width, and working for single or multi end of tapes

Tape working passage：

SKY-FM-9Z machine construct with 9 open type ironing cylinder, it offer a high working efficiency to minimize time to clean and draw tape ribbons in when changing new tape.

TAPE FINISHING AND STARCHING MAXHINE (SKY-FM-9Z)
- 9 ironing cylinders by double horizontal arrangement ,all cylinders drum are drived by 2 gear motor with inverter control
- Each cylinder drum 450ø x 600mml made by sus304 stainless steel with outer Teflon sheet covering
- Each ironing cylinder heating by electric heater and temperature by SCR auto control system
- Starching unit with 2 roll vertical padder roller 150 ø with single immersion of tape
- Machine equipped with compensator control between starching and ironing dry cylinder unit and take off unit with tape auto   tension arm controled by air cylinder and weight balance, it's specially use for elastic tape to make good elastic finishing tape
- Machine attached with anti-static device before take off unit
- Machine with central control panel for tension, speed, auto temperature control and meter counter
