Machine attached with “extra” heating element for melting shoelace when the braid into tipping mold,the melting time can be adjusted.
SKY-101A+M machine also can be used to making normal shoelace as same as mahine "SKY-101A" using acetate film tipping.
Machine running speed about 6~15pcs/per min, but it depend on braid material and size.
- The machine be used for synthetic material braid only.
- The melting tip make to square shape, and tip head size (5mm~20mm length) can be choosedby customer.
- Machine equipped with chuck wheel can make adjust tipping length easily from 12" to 62”
(the length up to 140” on request)
