Feature:
SKY-201A is specially designed for rope by punched film to make “hook shape tip” making m/c, it's product is used for “shopping bag” (paper bag) hand rope, cake box, hardcore box. All of braid, knitting braid, twist cord, string, weaving tape...etc. Can be use this m/c for making “hook shape tip”.
Machine can be used for make shoelace with logo printed tip.
Machine can be use for making shoelace tip, the function as same as SKY-101A

The machine equipped with chuck wheel can make easy to adjust tipping length from 12” to 62” (the length up to 140” on request)
The mold cutter with temperature setting to make tipping film (celluloid film) more durability.
The acetone liquid are auto-feeding for every tipping which of volume can be adjusted to provide good quality.
With servo motor for punched film positive feeding and with special optic fibre inspector to control film tipping position.
With delicate servo driver controller system for feed punched film 12,13,14,16,18 or 20mm pitch spec. to correct position to able use different size of braid rope tipping.
The servo motor also can used driver control system to feed logo printed film to make precise logo tip position.

Optional: Auto loading device
Auto loading device is used for take-off finished products by 4 position hank with gear motor which controlled by counter and sensor, the finished products per number pieces will be automatic collected by one of hank. It will be great advantage to manpower to getting more free for work number of machine.
